March 2021-Oct 2021
This was a 6 metre rear extension on a large detached house and full refurbishment of internal house. We sourced all materials and provided all labour for full turn key solution.Â
We handled all building control drawings and dealt with local council and Thames water for compliant finish.Â

LUXURY HOME
January 2021-December 2021
Luxury refurbishment Chiswick:
A complete refurbishment of a 4 bedroom town house. We demolished the Ground floor kitchen to create an open plan layout that would be suitable for client to host dinners.

We took this project on from start to finish and did all planning documents and building control. We fitted retro fit underfloor heating and all materials were sourced from Italy and fitted by our quality tradesmen.
COMMUNITY CENTRE
March 2021-June 2022
Change of use from pub to community centre catering for prayers and student learning.
This site required a 15 metre by 10 metre extension joining both the back and front buildings together.

We did all the building work and decorating work.
The project involved all building control and all structural steel works. We fitted 4 large skylights and did two large fibre glass roofs.
